Description
The course aims to examine delegates’ roles and responsibilities, highlighting the human and financial consequences of failing to comply with health and safety legislation. It provides an overview of legal obligations and emphasises the importance of the risk assessment process. Additionally, the course explores the moral and human costs, as well as the impact of boardroom decisions on health and safety practices.
Additional Information
This course is designed for company directors even if they are not directly responsible for Health and Safety within the company. The United Kingdom Contractors Group recognises this course as meeting the required standard for all directors working UKCG sites.
